30 DAYS OF GOD’S MERCY

(THE FATHER’S LOVE)

THE PREAMBLE

This “30 DAYS DAILY DEVOTIONALS” also called “THE RHEMA WORD FOR TODAY” it is The Word of God ministering life to your spirit each day, which will affect you for a lifetime. The word, “WORD,” means two things in the Greek; ‘The Logos’ and ‘The Rhema’.

The Logos is like a well of water, and the Rhema is like a bucket of water from that well. The Logos is the entire expression of thought, but the Rhema is simply the spoken word; which is a sub-component of ‘Logos’.

The Logos is the entire Word of God, but the Rhema is a portion of the entire Word of God, but the Rhema is a portion of the entire Word of God that speaks directly to your spirit, which revitalises it.

Jesus Christ is addressed as the ‘Logos’ in John 1:1-18. He is the entire Word of God (Rev. 19:13). The Rhema is the ‘word’ that preaches Christ; the Logos (1 Pet. 1:25). The Rhema quickens the spirit by ministering faith (Rom. 10:17; Heb. 11:3). The Rhema can also be signified as the sword of the Spirit (Eph. 6:17).

This season of September Reloaded is themed “THE FATHER’S LOVE.”

We’ve been taught while growing up about the fierceness of our God and how He seems to act differently in the Old Testament from the New Testament. Yet we claim that our God is loving and He doesn’t change; He’s the same yesterday, today and forever.

This ‘30 day’s journey’ to God’s mercy is a journey into the Holy Scripture and demystifying the Father’s love and how it reveals His mercy all throughout the Bible.
