Lessons from my little niece.

Mark 10:14-15 NLT
When Jesus saw what was happening, he was angry with his disciples. He said to them, "Let the children come to me. Don't stop them! For the Kingdom of God belongs to those who are like these children. [15] I tell you the truth, anyone who doesn't receive the Kingdom of God like a child will never enter it."
Jesus in other words is saying that we should learn from little children. But why would he say that?
Matthew 11:25-26 NLT
At that time Jesus prayed this prayer: "O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, thank you for hiding these things from those who think themselves wise and clever, and for revealing them to the childlike. [26] Yes, Father, it pleased you to do it this way!
God has some things He wants us to learn from them. And so, I've been studying and watching my wonderful niece, Shalom.

She says what she has in mind; she doesn't keep any grudge [so to speak]. But I myself, as an adult, I find it hard to tell someone more matured than I am that I don't like it. Because I don't want the person to see me as one disrespectful, hence, I just murmur.
Lesson:
— Talk to God on anything bothering you.

She learns faster by people's example (that is lifestyle)  and also through songs. That's why I'm more careful on the things I do when I'm with little children.
Lessons:
— Christ is our exemplar. He had set an example for us to follow. He knows we can be a better Christian when we learn to follow and follow to learn.
— The consciousness of her presence made me to be more careful the way I do things. So also, when we have the consciousness of God's presence in our midst, we will no be able to fulfill the desire of the flesh.

She plays with paper, water, anything. She doesn't care who looks at her.
Lesson:
— I've learned humility from that.

She loves reciting and writing. Always ready to talk to you about what she learned at school. “Mrs Ossa said this, Mrs Ossa said that,” she says.
Lesson:
— I've learned evangelism from that. What I've read from the Bible that gave me peace, joy and other spiritual and physical blessings, I ought to pass it on.

She moves closer to the one who disciplines her, until that person comforts and pats her.
Lesson:
— God's disciplines bring us more closer to Him.
