TRAMPLE THE DEVIL

TRAMPLE THE DEVIL!
‘And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion...over all the earth...’ Gen. 1:26 [KJV]
God made a little god of His own image, after His likeness to rule over all the earth. [Ps. 115:15]
God is a Spirit; we are spirits, man essentially is a spirit. The person you see outside is not the man. The man on the inside is the real man. The figure you see outwardly is the house in which he lives. Man is in three dimensions. He is a spirit; he has a soul, and lives in a body. “...your whole spirit and soul and body...” 1Thess. 5:23.
Jesus re-echoed Psalm 82:6 in the New Testament, thus affirming its authenticity. “Jesus answered them, is it not written in your law, I said, ye are gods?” [Jn. 10:34]. Jesus said you are a god. Do not argue it, you are! Jesus said it. So we are higher than the devil and his entire evil schemes.
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places” Eph. 6:12 [KJV]
Man lost his glory in the Garden of Eden and made him defeated and a loser. He became one with the devil in his satanic nature of spiritual death, and was thus separated from God. Literally, he was “born again”, born of the devil.
But God, full of mercy and love, sent His Son, Jesus Christ in human flesh to redeemed man and gained victory over the devil. God would have done these procedures without His Son coming to planet earth to die and redeem man. But Adam legally sold out to the devil and he must be bought legally; so it would take a man to do that [Heb. 2:14, 16-17].
The one who knew no sin was made sin for us [2 Cor. 5:21]. And He took all our sins to the cross and died there. He fought the devil and took the keys to hell and death and arose victoriously [Heb. 2:14]. He gained victory for us and now victory is ours; so let’s rise up now and take our place and trample the devil.
And we can only trample the devil if we can exercise our authority as a believer. And this authority is given to us when we’ve accepted Jesus Christ [Jn. 1:12]. Since we are born again, and now called children of God; we now have the right to call on Jesus.
‘That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.’ Phil. 2:10-11 [KJV].
You can only exercise your authority as a believer by exercising your faith.
‘But without faith it is impossible to please him...’ Heb. 11:6 [KJV].
Your faith is what pleases God and moves Him to fight the devil for you.
So Arise And Trample The Devil By Faith!
